This is a full-time in office role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Mumbai central Line.

The Site Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing civil engineering designs, managing on-site construction processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Daily tasks may include overseeing the site construction, coordinating with project teams, and problem-solving to ensure efficient project delivery. The role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for new construction, repair, and rehabilitation works

Coordinate and handle site workers, contractors,



and vendors efficiently

Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and construction methodology

Ensure quality standards, safety measures, and statutory compliance at site

Monitor project progress and submit daily work reports to headquarters

Handle client coordination and resolve on-site technical issues

Maintain site records, measurement books, billing details, and site accounts

Ensure proper material planning, usage, and inventory management

Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship and construction quality

Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and project teams Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Engineeering Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and building construction projects

Strong knowledge of site execution, structural works, and project coordination

Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and construction details

Good communication and team management skills

Knowledge of statutory norms, safety practices, and site documentation
