? Role: Site Engineer

? Location: Bengaluru

? Experience: Minimum 1 Year

?️ Language: Kannada proficiency required

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Work Type: Full-time | On-site

? Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are maintained
- Review structural and technical drawings
- Supervise construction workmanship and site activities
- Verify materials and ensure they meet required quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
- Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and daily progress reports
- Coordinate regularly with project managers and design teams




- Implement quality control and safety procedures throughout the project

? Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant site experience

✅ Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and site management

✅ Ability to read and interpret structural and technical drawings

✅ Strong understanding of quality control and construction practices

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills

✅ Kannada language proficiency is required

✅ Basic proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation tools

✅ Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities

✅ Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills
