Position: Site Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities at the construction site.
- Maintain daily cash, petty cash, expenses, purchase, and payment records.
- Record material purchases, labour payments, subcontractor bills, and site expenses.
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with the site team and head office for all accounting-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site accounting.




- Valuable knowledge of Tally and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, purchase entries, payment entries, and basic taxation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting report preparation.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site accounts and required accounting outputs/reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Construction/project site accounting experience will be preferred.
