Cynosure Photo Studio & Lab (part of Cynosure, 21 years in photography and videography) is looking for a Shop Manager to run daily operations at our Kharghar studio.

What you'll handle:

- Open and close the studio, manage day-to-day floor operations

- Greet and assist walk-in customers — passport/visa photos, studio portraits, maternity and kids shoots

- Schedule and coordinate studio bookings and appointments

- Supervise studio staff and photographers on shift

- Handle billing, cash/UPI collections, and basic daily accounts

- Maintain equipment, backdrops, props, and studio inventory

- Ensure print/photo quality checks before client handover

- Resolve customer queries and complaints on the spot

- Report daily activity and issues to management

Who we're looking for:

- Prior experience managing a retail counter,



studio, or service outlet preferred

- Comfortable with basic billing/accounting software or willing to learn

- Good with people — patient, presentable, clear communicator

- Organized, reliable, able to run the shop independently without hand-holding

- Based in or near Kharghar / Navi Mumbai, able to commit to full-time, in-shop hours
