Experience Required: 4–7 years in seafood processing/production operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage seafood production shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor workforce efficiency, allocate tasks, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure timely output.
- Train and guide staff on food safety and quality practices.
- Handle audits, inspections, and corrective actions during the shift.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Qualification:

- 10th/+2/Degree/Diploma in Fisheries Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
