We are seeking MIS cum SharePoint / Power Platform Developers to build and manage reporting, document management, workflow automation, and business dashboards for our India and D.R. Congo operations.

The role will develop structured MIS for mining/site operations, procurement, inventory, production, logistics, finance, HR, and management review. The person will also manage SharePoint-based document repositories, approval workflows, trackers, Power BI dashboards, and Power Apps/Power Automate solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and management MIS reports from site and departmental data.
- Create automated Excel and Power BI dashboards for production, dispatch, inventory, procurement, expenditure, manpower, and project KPIs.
- Develop and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, folders, access permissions, metadata, version control, and approval systems.




- Build Power Apps forms for field/site data collection, material requisitions, purchase requests, leave/attendance, vehicle logs, stores, and inspection records.
- Automate approval processes, notifications, reminders, and report circulation through Power Automate.
- Coordinate with Congo site teams and India/UAE management to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, backup, and controlled access.
- Maintain master databases, trackers, and SOPs; train end users on SharePoint, dashboards, forms, and reporting formats.
- Support integration of Excel, SharePoint Lists, Power BI, SQL/database sources, and Microsoft 365 tools.

These responsibilities align with common Power Platform roles that use Power BI for reporting, Power Apps for business applications, Power Automate for workflow automation, and SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
