• Reproductive Health Consultant, you will help build the sexual and reproductive wellness component of the HiWox ecosystem, ensuring that users receive credible, confidential, evidence-based guidance and appropriate referrals. Key ResponsibilitiesSexual &

• Reproductive Wellness Provide evidence-based guidance on sexual and reproductive health across appropriate age groups and user needs. Support users with education around reproductive health, fertility, contraception, sexual wellness, menstrual health, and related preventive care. Identify situations requiring medical evaluation and appropriately refer users to qualified doctors or specialists. Help develop structured sexual and reproductive wellness protocols within HiWox's 9-domain framework. Content &

Education Create credible educational content on sexual and reproductive health for social media, blogs, webinars, workshops, and the HiWox platform. Simplify complex medical topics into accessible, stigma-free, and culturally appropriate communication. Participate in podcasts, awareness campaigns, webinars, and other educational initiatives when required. Product &

• Program Development Work with HiWox's healthcare, product, AI, and wellness teams to develop relevant digital health journeys and educational resources. Contribute to questionnaires, assessments, educational modules, referral pathways, and wellness programs related to sexual and reproductive health.



Provide domain expertise for improving HiWox's Digital Health Index and personalized wellness recommendations. Research &

• Quality Review current scientific evidence and healthcare guidelines relevant to sexual and reproductive health. Help ensure that HiWox's content and recommendations remain evidence-based and clinically responsible. Maintain appropriate boundaries around medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment, with escalation to qualified medical professionals wherever required. Confidentiality &

• User Trust Promote privacy, dignity, informed decision-making, and non-judgmental communication. Provide inputs on privacy-by-design for sensitive sexual and reproductive health information. Help establish appropriate confidentiality and referral protocols for sensitive user interactions.

Who Should

Apply? Degree or qualification in Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Nursing, Psychology, Public Health, Reproductive Health, Sexual Health, or a relevant healthcare discipline. Relevant professional experience in sexual health, reproductive health, fertility, women's health, men's health, adolescent health, counselling, or preventive healthcare. Strong communication and counselling skills. Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics professionally and without judgment.

Develop educational content and user resources for the platform. Build appropriate assessment, consultation, and referral workflows. Review existing wellness programs and identify opportunities to integrate sexual and reproductive health. Work with the product and healthcare teams to create safe, confidential, and user-friendly digital experiences. Equity-Based Prospect This is an equity-only founding team role. There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase.

Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding

Process 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment. A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership. Long-term founding team agreement. Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment. 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We Are Looking For

Someone Who Has genuine expertise in sexual and reproductive health and believes in preventive, evidence-based healthcare. Can communicate sensitive topics clearly, respectfully, and without judgment. Can contribute beyond consultations by helping build educational content, healthcare protocols, and digital wellness programs.

Is comfortable collaborating with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, product teams, AI teams, and other specialists. Has an ownership mindset and is excited to contribute to an early-stage HealthTech company. Bonus if you have experience in Digital Health, Women's Health, Men's Health, FertilityTech, Preventive Healthcare, or HealthTech.
