Requirements

- Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in design, development, deployment on the ServiceNow platform.

- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB Asset).

- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external modules.

- Hands-on in Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.

- Experience in integrations with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.

- ServiceNow administration experience.

- Positive understanding of ITIL v3 processes.

- ITIL Foundation v3 certification; ServiceNow Administration certification preferred.

- Ability to work on aggressive schedules; may require work beyond normal hours.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written; effectively communicate with the client.
