Role : ServiceNow Developer L3

Location: Noida, Chennai

 Overview: The ServiceNow L3 Developer is responsible for advanced development,

configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading complex projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization with a solid focus on AI-driven solutions and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Advanced Development and Customization: Lead the development and customization of

ServiceNow applications.

 Complex Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

 Integration Management: Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools

 AI: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, including Now Assist, Agentic Workflows and AI Control Tower.

 Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

 Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze and resolve advanced technical issues related to

ServiceNow applications and integrations and optimize system performance.

 Documentation and Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation,

including design specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

 Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements,

provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.





 Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance enhancements.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on complex projects and integrations.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts,

Transform Maps, Workflows, REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes etc.

Working Experience with ITSM Pro products e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and

Performance Analytics.

Experience contributing to end-to-end AI solution delivery, from build and configuration through testing and rollout

 Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified

Implementation Specialist certifications are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related areas are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management.

 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

 Experience with ServiceNow workspaces including UI Builder.

 Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist products.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
