ServiceNow CSM Developer

- Location: Pune (Hybrid - 3 days/week from office)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow CSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and modules.
- Implement and enhance Customer Service Management capabilities, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel support.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and workflows.
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and SLA management.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
- Customize Service Portal/Employee Center to improve customer experience.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues,



and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong implementation experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, ACLs, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
- Solid JavaScript development skills.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSA, CIS-CSM.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
