? Experience: 4+ Years ? About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement, implementation, and support of our ServiceNow FSO platform.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations, platform configuration, feature enhancements, integrations, and production support. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and continuously improve platform capabilities. ? Key Responsibilities Support and enhance existing ServiceNow FSO platform functionality.

Implement new features and capabilities based on business requirements.

Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration, development, and feature delivery.

Collaborate with scoped application teams for integrations, plug-ins, and application installations.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.

Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.

Follow ServiceNow best practices,

? Mandatory Skills & Certifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations

Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and development skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills ⭐ Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of in-depth ServiceNow implementation experience

Experience working in the Financial Services domain

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM / FSO

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scoped applications, and platform enhancements ?
