Technical Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Rooftop Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance (O&M;).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and solar system faults.
- Experience in monitoring plant performance parameters such as CUF (Capacity Utilization Factor) and Performance Ratio (PR).
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices for solar power plants.
- Understanding of electrical systems, including LT/HT equipment, protection systems, and earthing.
- Ability to analyze plant generation data and identify performance issues.
- Knowledge of safety standards and electrical safety practices.
- Experience in spare parts inventory management and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to prepare technical reports,



service reports, and maintenance records.
- Experience in vendor management and service coordination.
- Solid root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections, customer meetings, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS/SCADA) and solar performance analysis tools.
- Must know Telugu (read, write, and speak), English, and Hindi.

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of solar plant performance monitoring and maintenance.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project/customer sites.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
