Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Installation & commissioning of Pharma machines at customer sites (India & overseas)

Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance to minimize downtime

Execute preventive & breakdown servicing as per company standards

Drive spare parts and change parts business revenue

Attend IFAT & CFAT and ensure successful machine acceptance

Handle customer complaints (on-site/online) and maintain complaint tracking & closure

Provide timely technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction

Travel frequently across India and internationally for service assignments

Skills & Competencies

Solid knowledge of mechanical systems & machine operations

Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Customer-focused approach with effective communication

Ability to work independently in client-facing environments

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel PAN India and internationally (short & long duration)

Ready to work at overseas customer sites under diverse conditions

Passport ready / ability to obtain visa for international assignments
