About the Role

We are engaged in the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of various types of CNC and PLC-controlled machines installed at different locations across India.

Our major customers include Indian Railways, Defence establishments, Metro organizations, and other industrial customers.

We are looking for a technically skilled person who has strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical, electronic, and electromechanical problems in CNC/PLC machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various types of CNC and PLC-controlled machines.
- Visit customer sites at different locations across India for machine servicing and breakdown support.
- Read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical and control circuit drawings.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, electronic, PLC, CNC, and electromechanical problems.
- Work on CNC systems, primarily Siemens, with knowledge of Fanuc being an advantage.
- Identify the root cause of machine breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot sensors, switches, relays, contactors, drives, motors, encoders, control circuits, and other machine components.
- Perform machine commissioning, maintenance, testing, and parameter-related troubleshooting where required.
- Coordinate with customers at site and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports and document the work carried out at customer locations.
- Follow required safety procedures while working on industrial machinery.

Required Technical Skills The candidate should have practical, hands-on knowledge of:
- Electrical Drawing Reading & Understanding




- Ability to read and interpret electrical, control, and machine circuit diagrams.
- Electromechanical Troubleshooting
- Strong practical knowledge of diagnosing and solving electrical and electromechanical machine problems.
- CNC Systems
- Good working knowledge of Siemens CNC systems.
- Knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems will be an added advantage.
- PLC & Machine Controls
- Basic to good knowledge of PLC-controlled machines, I/O troubleshooting, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, motors, etc.
- Hands-on Problem Solving
- Candidate must have actual field experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, and resolving machine breakdowns, rather than only theoretical knowledge.

Travel & Site Work

Since our machines are installed at various locations across India, the candidate must be willing to travel and work at customer sites.

- Travel expenses will be provided as per company policy/mutually agreed terms.
- Lodging/accommodation and food/boarding expenses will be provided separately from salary, as mutually agreed.
- Frequent travel to Indian Railways, Defence, Metro, and other customer locations may be required.

Candidate Profile

- Technically strong and practically oriented.
- Confident in independent troubleshooting and fault finding.
- Comfortable working at customer sites.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
- Capable of handling machine breakdowns under time constraints.
- Positive at communicating technical issues and solutions to customers.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Engineering qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a relevant technical field will be preferred.

Hands-on field experience in CNC machine servicing and troubleshooting is highly important.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
