Role Description The Service Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Sanand. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting service requirements.

The Service

Advisor coordinates with the workshop team to schedule and monitor repair and maintenance work, provides regular updates to customers, and ensures timely delivery of vehicles. Daily tasks include preparing job cards, explaining recommended services and costs, handling queries or complaints, and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.



The role also includes promoting aftersales services, maintaining service records, and supporting the service manager in achieving service targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and workshop teams.
- Understanding of Aftersales processes, including service scheduling, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of passenger vehicles to explain service needs and recommendations.
- Ability to work on-site in Sanand, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with computer-based service management systems and standard office tools.
- Relevant diploma/degree in automotive, engineering, or business is an advantage.
