We're looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Strategist to build our organic content strategy across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that rank on Google and its AI Search while also increasing visibility across other AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities Organic Search Strategy

● Develop a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business goals

● Identify high-value keyword opportunities across our category

● Create content clusters and pillar page strategies for our website

● Identify opportunities across blogs, landing pages, explainers, guides and knowledge resources

● Track keyword rankings & monitor organic traffic with dashboards and imperative data

● Conduct SEO audits

● Improve website architecture and internal plus external linking

AI Search Optimisation

● Optimise content for AI-driven discovery and answer engines

● Improve content structure for LLM visibility

● Help establish DTII as an authoritative citation source

● Track emerging trends in AI Search (AEO/GEO)

What We're Looking For

● 3–6 years of experience in SEO and organic growth

● Strong understanding of content-led SEO

● Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, GA4 and Google Search Console





● Understanding of semantic search and topical authority

● Familiarity with AI search platforms and how LLMs surface information

● Excellent analytical and research skills

● Ability to translate technical topics into content opportunities

Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, governance, fintech, legal tech or enterprise software will be an advantage.
