The role We need someone who lives in the technical and content mechanics of SEO: indexing, crawlability, keyword research, on-page structure, and content that actually earns rankings. This is not a generalist marketing role. You will not be running ads, building websites, or managing socials.

Your scope is SEO, full stop. If you do this well, you'll also pick up how AEO differs from traditional SEO (why a page can rank #1 on Google and still never get cited by an AI answer engine). You don't need this experience coming in.

You do need to be genuinely excellent at the fundamentals first. What you'll actually do Run technical SEO audits: indexing issues, crawlability, site structure, schema, core web vitals

Own keyword and topic research from scratch for clients with zero or near-zero existing SEO presence

Diagnose and fix ranking drops using GSC and GA4 as your primary tools

Write and structure content that is built to rank, not just built to sound good

Work directly with client accounts alongside our content and account management team

Report on what moved, why it moved, and what you did about it, with numbers, not vibes What we need from you 2+ years of hands-on SEO work you can show, not just describe.

We will ask for verifiable results: baseline, action, outcome, and someone who can confirm it

Real comfort with Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, and GA4.



You should be able to walk us through your actual workflow, not the textbook version A track record of taking a site from near-zero to ranking, or recovering a site from a traffic drop

Exact, clear communication. You'll be writing reports clients read directly

Comfort operating inside a tightly scoped role. We are looking for depth in SEO, not breadth across marketing functions What we don't need Someone who wants to also run paid ads, build landing pages, or manage social media on the side. If that's the kind of role you're looking for, this isn't it
