We are looking for a motivated and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and increase overall online visibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, improve content quality, and track critical SEO metrics.

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, mainly technical SEO and on-page SEO, including off-page and outreach activities.

Requirements

- 4–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Female candidate preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-influenced SERPs
- Proven ability to grow organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Solid experience with technical SEO and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills




- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Lead AI-assisted keyword research based on client requirements and competitors.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, and content using data-driven and AI insights
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site performance
- Knows how to optimize websites for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations in the right manner.
- Must have experience using top SEO tools to do keyword research, site audits, competitor and backlink analysis.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Track Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively
- Manage link-building initiatives and authority growth
- Identify automation opportunities to scale SEO workflows and reporting
