Job Summary : SEO Manager | Mumbai, India JEWEL STAR GROUP is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow our organic search presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Location: Mumbai, India — In-Office

Working Hours: US Pacific Time Zone (Seattle/Portland) About the Role

As our SEO Manager, you will own the SEO strategy and drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue, and brand visibility across the U.S. market. You will work closely with our Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Development, Product, and Executive Leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall SEO roadmap
- Lead SEO, AEO, GEO & AI Optimization initiatives
- Drive technical SEO, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation, and site performance
- Optimize Shopify / Shopify Plus stores, collections, product pages, and navigation
- Develop SEO-focused content and ecommerce optimization strategies
- Lead internal linking, backlink acquisition, and digital authority initiatives
- Conduct keyword, competitor, market, and search-intent research
- Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, and AI visibility
- Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms




- Partner with developers, content, merchandising, and creative teams to implement SEO best practices What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of SEO experience, preferably in ecommerce
- Proven experience managing SEO for mid-to-large ecommerce brands
- Strong technical SEO and ecommerce architecture knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus, Liquid, HTML & CSS
- Solid understanding of the U.S. search landscape and U.S. consumer behavior
- Excellent American English writing and communication skills
- Experience with large product catalogs and frequent product launches is a plus
- Ability to work with substantial overlap with the U.S.
