Role Description The SEO Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, responsible for improving organic search visibility and driving qualified traffic to client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, and implementing on-page optimization across landing pages, blogs, and product pages. The role involves planning and executing ethical link-building strategies, monitoring performance through web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions.

The SEO Specialist collaborates with developers, content creators,



and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals and to stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content, metadata, and site structure.

- Candidates should possess experience in conducting comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues.

- Candidates should possess abilities in link building and off-page optimization using ethical, white-hat techniques.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and derive insights.

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar) is beneficial.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail are required.

- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate SEO recommendations clearly is expected.

- Relevant experience in SEO and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, computer science, or a related field are preferred.
