We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization, social media and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO/SMO activities such as content strategy, social media postings, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing to maximize ROI.

Role and Responsibility

- Conducting in office and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the companys search engine results rankings.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, and measure the ROI of the website.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Knowledge of breadcrumbs, XML Sitemaps, Website Audits, canonical tags, etc.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content,



linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Perform regular posting and managing of company social media pages
- Managing Facebook Ad Manager on daily basis
- Managing / Optimization of lead generation campaigns
- Creatively sound and hands on experience on content strategy and planning.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven SEO and Social Media experience (3 to 4 years)
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing. Proven experience on Social Media Campaigns and Managing Social Media pages.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Facebook Insight)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SMO and SEM
