About the Role The SEO Executive will execute search strategies that maximize online visibility, build domain authority, and drive high-intent organic traffic. Execute search initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives, patient journeys, and digital transformation roadmaps.

Implement operational workflows across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content architecture, local SEO, and AI-driven search readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with content creators, design, performance marketing, medical teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver integrated search-first campaigns.

Help ensure SEO best practices are embedded within the content lifecycle — from ideation to publishing and optimisation.

Content & Healthcare Insights

Leverage sectoral understanding to apply search frameworks rooted in patient intent, clinician behaviour, treatment pathways, and healthcare regulatory requirements.





Assist in optimising medically sound content that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patient communities.

Performance Measurement

Monitor keyword performance, SERP rankings, technical health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and organic traffic metrics.

Utilise analytics to support decision-making aimed at improving search visibility, conversion rates, and organic acquisition ROI.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on algorithm changes, AI search developments and emerging SEO tools.

Apply SEO guidelines, best practices, and routine process optimisations across client accounts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

2–4 years of demonstrable SEO experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.

Hands-on experience in executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations to improve organic visibility.

Strong team collaboration, communication, and task management skills.

Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and schema tools.
