About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of client projects from strategy to execution and reporting.

The role requires someone who can lead projects end-to-end, manage client relationships, drive the team, ensure timely delivery, and stay accountable for agreed KPIs and business outcomes.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for ensuring that strategy, execution, communication, reporting, and performance remain on track.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Project Ownership

- Take complete ownership of assigned SEO and digital marketing projects.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Create project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify delays, risks, dependencies, and performance gaps and take corrective action.

1. Client Management & Communication

- Lead regular client meetings, calls, and performance discussions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Present strategies, progress updates, performance reports, and recommendations confidently.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and ownership.

1. SEO & Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and oversee SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, internal linking, authority building, and Local SEO.
- Manage Local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimisation, local keyword targeting, citations, local landing pages, reputation/review strategies, and local search visibility.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with search intent and business objectives.




- Identify opportunities across organic search, content, social media, paid marketing, CRO, and other digital channels.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search, GEO/LLM visibility, and evolving digital marketing practices.
- Ensure strategies are focused on business impact, not just traffic or vanity metrics.

1. Team & Execution Management

- Coordinate with SEO, content, design, development, social media, and performance marketing teams.
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members understand priorities and deadlines.
- Review work before client delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain accountability across the project team and ensure there are no execution gaps.

1. Reporting & Performance Management

- Prepare and deliver monthly/periodic client performance reports.
- Track agreed KPIs and ensure performance remains aligned with targets.
- Analyse data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other relevant platforms.
- Translate data into meaningful insights, actions, and recommendations for clients.
- Identify underperforming areas early and develop corrective action plans.

Key KPIs for the Role The manager will be accountable for:
- 100% on-time delivery of agreed project deliverables.
- Achievement and improvement of client-specific SEO & digital marketing KPIs.
- Organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, rankings, revenue, and local search visibility, as applicable to each account.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Accuracy and timeliness of client reporting.
- Effective utilisation and management of team resources.




- Proactive identification and resolution of project issues.
- Clear and consistent client communication.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, Local SEO, content marketing, keyword research, analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently lead client meetings and performance reviews.
- Solid project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong ownership mindset with a "get it done" attitude.
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role if you can take a project off our plate and run it independently — understand the client's objectives, build the strategy, coordinate the team, lead the client, deliver the work on time, report the results, and continuously improve performance against agreed KPIs.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to be accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
