We're looking for an SEO specialist who's ahead of the curve — someone who doesn't just optimize for Google, but also for how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity surface and recommend brands. You'll own search visibility strategy for our clients across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.

What you'll do: Plan and execute SEO strategy for client websites — keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content gap analysis

Optimize client content and structured data for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — improving visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and direct-answer results

Build and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve how client brands appear in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar tools

Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema markup) and drive fixes with client teams

Track rankings, AI visibility, and organic performance,



and translate data into clear reporting and recommendations for clients

Stay current on search algorithm updates and the rapid-evolving AI search landscape What we're looking for: Solid foundational experience in SEO, with a genuine interest in growing into client-facing strategy work

Working knowledge of AEO/GEO practices — structured data, entity optimization, content formatting for AI retrieval

Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar)

Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting performance data to clients

Excellent written communication for client-facing reporting and recommendations

Bonus: experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Details: Type: Full-time
