We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel requirements for clients. The role involves designing and selling travel solutions, handling complex itineraries, coordinating with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other suppliers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end travel bookings including air tickets, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, tours, visas and travel insurance.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel options based on budget, preferences and timelines.
- Design and customize domestic and international itineraries for individual, corporate and group travellers.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, changes, cancellations, refunds and re-issuance of tickets.
- Provide accurate quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, suppliers and other travel partners.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and value-added services.
- Ensure bookings, documentation and payments are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently, including during emergencies.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, invoices and customer communications.




- Follow up with clients for repeat business, referrals and additional travel requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on airline rules, visa regulations, destination information, travel trends and promotional offers.
- Support junior travel consultants by providing guidance, training and operational assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as ticketing, visa, operations, finance and contracting to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Robust knowledge of domestic and international travel.
- Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is preferred.
- Good knowledge of airfares, ticketing, hotel bookings and travel documentation.
- Strong destination knowledge and itinerary-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Good commercial awareness and sales-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking/CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
