Role Description We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in planning and selling customized holidays to Europe and/or Africa. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design high-quality, tailor-made itineraries while leveraging your destination expertise and supplier network to deliver outstanding travel experiences. Qualifications

Design and sell customized holiday packages across Europe and/or Africa.

Understand client requirements and recommend destinations, hotels, experiences, and routing best suited to their preferences. Create detailed, well-planned itineraries and prepare competitive quotations.

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers to secure the best products and pricing.

Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements, seasonal products, and new experiences.





Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.

Work towards sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Mentor junior consultants and share destination knowledge when required. Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant with strong expertise in Europe and/or Africa.

Proven experience creating customized FIT itineraries.

Excellent destination knowledge, including routing, accommodation options, transportation, and sightseeing.

Strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively with international suppliers.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Existing relationships with DMCs and travel partners across Europe and/or Africa.

Experience working with luxury, premium, or bespoke travel.

Knowledge of visa processes and destination-specific travel requirements.

A consultative sales approach with a strong focus on customer experience.
