Role Description: The Senior Technology Architect is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technology architectures that support NC Global’s consulting offerings, including scalable platforms for analytics, sales enablement, workforce management, and client delivery.

The Senior Technology

Architect will lead solution design, evaluate technology alternatives, define integration patterns, and ensure architectural alignment with business and security requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with consulting teams, guiding software development efforts,



reviewing technical designs, and creating architecture documentation and standards. The role also involves mentoring technical talent, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and supporting implementation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture for complex, data-driven business environments.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Software Development, including modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native design.

Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Integration skills, including system integration patterns, middleware, data pipelines, and API management.

Experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.

Proven background in leading cross-functional technical teams and working in hybrid or matrixed organizations is preferred.

Understanding of data analytics, CRM/ERP platforms, and sales or workforce management systems is an advantage.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
