- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Full Stack, Teamcenter etc.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
