Archish Fertility & IVF is one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing fertility care providers, with 8 centers across the city. We are proud to be India's first and only Transparent IVF Lab, helping 19,000 happy families through ethical, transparent, and patient-centric fertility care.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements by working closely with department managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, naukri, Indeed and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as niche hiring across healthcare, sales, corporate, and support functions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports,



and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience hiring for multiple functions such as Nurses, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance.

Skills Required

- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Job Type

Full-time | Work from Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
