We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ( NON - IT ) to manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience while aligning hiring efforts with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments—from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions on career portals, social media, and recruitment boards.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
- Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Maintain candidate records and hiring metrics in ATS or internal systems.
- Ensure a outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices in employer branding.
- Participate in job fairs,



campus recruitment, and networking events when needed.
- Assist in developing recruitment-related reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).

Preferred Skills:

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Good understanding of employment laws and compliance.

Bonus:

- Experience hiring for sales, operations, or startup environments is a plus.
- Certifications in HR or Recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
