Designation: Senior Supervisor – Production

Location: Kangeyam, Tiruppur

Reporting To: General Manager / Factory Manager

Job Purpose To supervise and control spinning production activities, achieve daily production targets, maintain yarn quality, manage manpower effectively, and ensure smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and downtime.
- Maintain yarn quality and minimize production losses and wastage.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Electrical, and other departments.
- Identify production problems and take immediate corrective action.
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensure proper shift handover and maintain production records.
- Prepare daily production, manpower, efficiency,



and wastage reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and production procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Textile Technology or related field.
- Relevant experience in spinning mill production and supervision.
- Good knowledge of spinning processes and machinery.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
