We're looking for experienced Senior / Principal Stibo Systems PIM Engineers who can drive solution design, development, and implementation using Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.

India (Hybrid/Remote based on project requirements)

? What You'll Do

Design, develop, and configure Stibo STEP PIM/MDM solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements.

Develop and enhance STEP components including:

Business Rules

Workflows

Imports & Exports

Web UI

Endpoints & Integrations

Support existing interfaces and provide production support.

Train and mentor business users and technical teams.

Establish and promote Stibo development best practices and coding standards.





Review code and guide developers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Required Skills

7+ years of experience in Stibo Systems STEP MDM/PIM development.

Strong hands-on expertise in configuring and developing STEP solutions.

Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Imports, Exports, Web UI, and APIs.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and XML.

Solid understanding of Stibo STEP best practices.

Experience with ETL/Data Integration is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
