Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Finance/Controllership team. The role will be responsible for accounting activities related to fixed assets, inventory and contract assets, and purchases/payables. The individual will also support month-end close activities, including preparation of relevant documentation and providing audit support as required.

Requirements

- Location: Bangalore

- Experience Required: 5+ years

Qualifications

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including related month-end and year-end close activities.

- Perform account reconciliations in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP.

- Respond to audit requests and support compliance with financial policies.

- Support financial transitions, system migrations,



and restructuring initiatives.

- Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.

- Robust knowledge of IFC, SOX, and IGAAP/US GAAP requirements.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in process improvement, transitions, and automation initiatives.

- NetSuite experience will be an added advantage.
