Key Responsibilities
- Validate AI-driven conversational products for performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Create, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases
- Enhance and streamline QA processes and best practices
- Identify areas for improvement in model accuracy and recommend solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence
- Document detailed testing results and provide actionable feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles
- Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured
- Proficiency in API testing and programming (Java/Python)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven
- Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL) and performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
