Please make note of skillsets for FFW Team : Java/Scala, Python, spark, AWS, CICD,

Agentic AI usage, RAG, Langgraph, vectors etc.

Software development experience, with significant expertise in Java or Python and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

- Hands-on experience or robust understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems using frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, and exposure to MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven system design, including APIs for model inference, real-time vs batch predictions, and scalable model deployment.
- Deep understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Solid grasp of functional programming concepts and modern software design patterns.
- Considerable experience with and understanding of enterprise architecture paradigms.
- Proven ability in full-stack architecture design and application development.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with containerization (Docker), build tools (Maven/SBT), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to data engineering or big data tools (Spark, Kafka) supporting AI pipelines.
- Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or generative AI use cases is a plus.
