Role Description The Senior Software Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

The Senior Software

Engineer will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, perform code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging complex issues, optimizing existing solutions, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical best practices.



The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and participating in continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (such as Java, C#, Python, or similar).

Candidates should possess expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
