How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable development and testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers.

Drive automation strategy for complex distributed systems and cloud-native applications.

Act as a quality advocate within agile teams, influencing architecture, design, and delivery decisions.

Collaborate with junior SDEs and SDETs on best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure quality from design to production.

Own understanding of business requirement, design, develop, test and maintain across environments.

Proactively identify risks, gaps, and quality issues and drive resolution across teams.

Support non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, security, and resiliency.

Build and integrate AI/ML-powered features and agents into applications using AWS AI services.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code and contribute to both front-end and back-end development as a full-stack engineer.

Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.

What You Need To

Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) 4 to 7 years of experience in Information Technology with deep expertise in full stack development.

Strong hands-on programming experience using Angular, Node.js with solid understanding of design principles.

Proven experience building and troubleshooting code, doing code reviews.

Strong working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).

Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.

Familiarity with playwright.

Strong experience with source control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or AWS CDK.

Extensive experience with AWS Services – Lambda, S3, IAM, Cloudwatch, CDK and other services.

Valuable AI fluency to maneuver, manage development and testing (unit testing , component testing, contract testing, vulnerability fixing etc)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and AgentCore.

Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Kiro) to accomplish tasks such as generating and reviewing code, writing and maintaining tests, creating documentation, and debugging,



with the judgment to validate and own AI-generated output.

You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, CloudFormation, and Elastic Beanstalk.

Airline domain experience is a plus.

Experience with service virtualization and mocking frameworks such as WireMock and Mockito.

Experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.

Familiarity with test management and agile tools such as qTest, VersionOne, Jira, or similar.

Experience working with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.

Experience executing and supporting non-functional testing including performance, load, stress, security, accessibility, and usability testing.

Experience with a contemporary front-end framework is a plus.

Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI models to external tools and data sources.
