Role Description The Senior Software Architect for Canada Opportunities will work full time in office in Canada, designing and overseeing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that support Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining system architecture, collaborating with development teams, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

The role involves creating and documenting architectural standards, selecting appropriate technologies and design patterns, and guiding programmers in implementing robust software components.

Architect will participate in code and design reviews, mentor team members, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Architecture and Software Design for complex, distributed systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Design Patterns and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a senior technical or architect role, with the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security, data protection, and performance optimization in software systems is an advantage.
