Developer – AI & Platform

Experience: 1–5 years IncuBrix is a Singapore-headquartered technology startup building an AI-powered workspace that helps creators, agencies and marketers create, publish, grow and monetize content.

We’re looking for a hands-on developer who wants to own meaningful features—not just assigned tickets. You’ll work across backend, frontend, AI integrations and cloud systems, taking ideas from product brief to production. LOCATION & WORK MODEL

- First 6–9 months: Trichy, Tamil Nadu — in office or hybrid
- After 6–9 months: Mandatory relocation to Bengaluru
- Full-time role COMPENSATION BUDGET
- Hybrid: ₹8–12 LPA
- On-site: ₹10–15 LPA
- Pay mix: 70% fixed + 30% versatile/performance-linked WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build secure backend services, APIs and product workflows
- Develop responsive React and TypeScript experiences
- Integrate AI, cloud, publishing, analytics and media services
- Write tests, documentation and production-ready code
- Improve performance, reliability, scalability and cloud cost
- Review code and contribute to technical decisions




- Support and guide junior developers WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–5 years of software development experience
- Strong skills in Python or Go
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker and AWS
- Clear communication, ownership and a strong learning mindset
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, Redis, queues, media processing or startup products is an advantage. WHY INCUBRIX?
