Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and resource utilization to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements at the construction site.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, measurements,



and maintain project documentation, DPRs, and progress reports.
- Manage billing quantities, BOQ verification, material reconciliation, and coordination for procurement requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and work quality.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing, structural works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. (Indeed)

Preferred Experience:
- Residential, commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects.
- Experience in contractor management and project coordination.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination, billing, and quantity estimation will be an added advantage.

Work Location: In person Pay: ₹10,949.46 - ₹37,686.34 per month
