Role Description The Senior Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli, responsible for providing advanced technical support and field service for the company’s instrumentation and automation solutions. This role involves diagnosing complex system issues, performing maintenance and repair on flow meters, level recorders, PLC panels, and related equipment, and ensuring reliable operation at customer sites.

The Senior Services

Engineer will lead site visits, commission current installations,



conduct performance testing, and prepare clear service reports and documentation. The role also includes coordinating with internal engineering and project teams, guiding junior service personnel, and communicating effectively with customers to resolve technical concerns and optimize system performance. The individual is expected to uphold safety standards, adhere to company procedures, and contribute feedback to improve products and service processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for industrial instrumentation and automation systems.

Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills for on-site equipment ,instruments,flow meters and control panels.

Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with customers, documenting service activities, and collaborating with internal teams.

Relevant experience with flow meters, level recorders, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial control panels is highly beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals, follow safety protocols, and work independently at customer locations.

Prior experience in a senior or lead field service role within process or utility industries is an advantage.
