Employment Type: Full Time/Contract We are looking for a seasoned qualified who can leverage SAP SuccessFactors HR data and analytics to deliver meaningful insights, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven HR outcomes. Responsibilities:

? Design and deliver analytics and reporting solutions using SAP SuccessFactors

? Analyze HR data and create meaningful insights for business stakeholders

? Develop dashboards, reports and HR metrics aligned with business requirements

? Work closely with HR, HRIT, functional teams and leadership

? Support data-driven decision-making across key HR processes

? Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements

? Translate complex HR requirements into scalable analytics solutions

? Support enhancements, testing,



deployment and production activities ? Key Skills & Expertise:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics

✅ 8–12 years of overall SAP/HR technology experience

✅ Strong understanding of SuccessFactors HXM / HR processes

✅ Expertise in HR Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards

✅ Experience with SuccessFactors reporting and analytics capabilities

✅ Strong understanding of HR data, metrics & KPIs

✅ Experience translating HR/business requirements into analytical solutions

✅ Strong data analysis, visualization & reporting skills

✅ Experience working with HR stakeholders and business teams
