About The Role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.

What You Will Be Doing Senior

Developer who can architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies

Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools

Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules

Data Management: Oversee data migrations,



data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations

Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines Who You Are And What You Bring Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration

Education : Engineering Graduate with Top NIRF 150 colleges.

Certifications: PD1. PD2 (Mandatory) Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.

Agent
