We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with a solid background in architecture, interior design, or construction, to lead client engagement and business development for our luxury residential projects. This is a senior role requiring confidence, maturity, and the ability to communicate design value to high-net-worth clients. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager located in Indore.

The Senior Sales Marketing

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will lead a team to achieve sales targets,



coordinate marketing efforts to promote services, and analyze market trends to ensure effective decision-making. Qualifications

Manage and respond to inbound leads with confidence and professionalism

Conduct client discussions, understand requirements, and represent the brand effectively

Coordinate with the design team to support proposals and client presentations

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners

Support marketing initiatives, referrals, and strategic outreach activities

Maintain structured follow-ups and lead tracking Candidate Profile

10–15 years of experience in sales and marketing within architecture, interior design, or construction

Strong understanding of residential projects and premium clientele

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Confident, presentable, and articulate in client-facing situations

Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a boutique, design-led workplace
