Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Identify prospects and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Handle customer documentation and KYC requirements.
- Maintain sales reports and follow up on the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth customer onboarding.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Banking, NBFC or Insurance.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to work in field sales.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
