JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to handle Defence sector sales and government business in the Mumbai region.

The candidate should have strong experience in Lighting, Solar Street Lights, Solar Systems or electrical products, with exposure to Defence establishments, government projects, tenders and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Defence and Government sales in Mumbai and surrounding regions
- Develop business with Defence establishments, contractors and EPCs
- Handle Defence tenders, government orders and project follow-ups




- Build strong relationships with Defence officials and key stakeholders
- Identify new projects and achieve assigned sales targets

What You Need:

- Graduation in any Discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B/Government/Defence sales
- Experience in Defence sales
- Lighting, Solar or Electrical products experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of Government/Defence tenders and procurement
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel
