Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile Sales Representative to join our Agra team. The ideal candidate will excel in upselling premium colour stone and diamond jewellery, building client relationships, and closing deals through strong negotiation skills. This role demands a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers with personalized consultations to recommend jewellery pieces that match their style, budget, and occasions.
- Take customer's queries and report head office on customized orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after-sales support to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
- Generate customer's interest and direct to head office.
- Drive sales targets by mastering upselling, cross-selling, and negotiation techniques to secure high-value transactions.
- Maintain store presentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with jewellery handling standards.




- Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, with proven success in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English (spoken) is an added advantage.
- Female candidates preferred to align with our customer demographic and team dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UG and PG (In any discipline) or diploma in sales/retail management.
- Familiarity with Delhi's luxury retail market.
