ICICI Bank is looking for young and motivated graduates to join as Relationship Managers. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Banking, Sales, Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured learning and training process through NIIT, designed to prepare them for a career with ICICI Bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance,



investment and other financial products.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
- Follow the bank's policies, processes and compliance requirements.

Eligibility
- Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a customer-facing and sales-oriented role.
- Age - Below 25 Years.

Pay: From ₹312,000.00 per year
