Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter with robust expertise in Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, developing talent pipelines, handling senior and critical positions, and working closely with management and project teams to fulfill Pan-India manpower requirements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the Interior, Façade, Construction, MEP, and Design & Build talent market and the ability to independently manage multiple critical vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical, managerial, corporate, and site-level positions.
- Handle multiple and critical vacancies across Noida, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Bhuj, and other Pan-India project locations.
- Source senior and specialized candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future project requirements.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening based on technical expertise, project experience, industry exposure, salary, location, and notice period.
- Conduct HR/telephonic interviews and coordinate technical, management, and final-round interviews.
- Partner with Project Managers, Department Heads, and Management to understand manpower requirements and define suitable candidate profiles.
- Handle salary negotiations, notice-period discussions, counter-offer situations, and joining commitments.
- Drive candidates through the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and regular management reports.
- Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Support workforce planning and maintain a ready pipeline for upcoming projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Mandatory:



Strong recruitment experience in the Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry.
- Strong understanding of technical, managerial, and site-level recruitment.
- Excellent headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
- Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver against tight hiring timelines.
- Strong candidate relationship management and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out, Façade, Construction, MEP, or Design & Build recruitment.
- Strong industry network and access to technical and project professionals.
- Experience hiring middle and senior-level professionals.
- Experience managing Pan-India recruitment and project-based hiring.
- Ability to independently handle recruitment targets and critical positions.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
