Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Executive to manage bookings, optimize revenue, and ensure seamless guest communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all reservations (direct, OTA, B2B, corporate bookings)
- Manage and update availability, rates, and inventory across channels
- Ensure rate parity and correct mapping across OTAs
- Respond to guest inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
- Coordinate with front office and operations for smooth guest check-ins
- Monitor daily bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and booking trends
- Handle escalations and provide high-quality guest support
- Upsell rooms, packages, and experiences to maximize revenue

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel reservations / front office




- Strong knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
- Experience with PMS / Channel Manager (e.g., eZee, STAAH, SiteMinder)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset and guest-first approach

Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience in revenue management and pricing strategy
- Knowledge of Google Hotels / Meta search platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
- Ability to handle high booking volumes efficiently
